BillForge is designed with privacy first. Your invoice data is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save it.

Data We Collect

  • Usage analytics: Anonymous page views and feature usage (no personal data)
  • Invoice data (Free tier): Processed entirely in your browser. We never see your invoice contents.
  • Invoice data (Pro tier): If you save invoices, encrypted data is stored on our servers. You can delete it anytime.

Data We Don't Collect

  • We don't sell your data
  • We don't share data with third parties for advertising
  • We don't track you across websites
  • We don't use cookies for advertising

AI Autofill

When you use the AI autofill feature, your text is processed to extract invoice data. In the free tier, this happens entirely in your browser. In Pro, text may be sent to our AI service for better extraction — it is not stored after processing.
