This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for BillForge Pro subscriptions. We aim to be transparent and fair while maintaining a sustainable service for all our users.
1. No Refunds Policy
All subscription payments for BillForge Pro are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Partial periods within a billing cycle
- Unused time remaining in your subscription period
By subscribing to BillForge Pro, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your BillForge Pro subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Immediate cancellation: You can cancel at any time during your subscription period
- Continued access: You will retain full access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges: Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again
- Automatic downgrade: After your billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free tier
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Visit the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
- Log in with the email address you used for your subscription
- Navigate to your BillForge subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
You can access the Lemon Squeezy customer portal through the link provided in your subscription confirmation email, or contact us at support@billforge.io for assistance.
4. Billing Cycle
BillForge Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and repeats monthly until you cancel. For example:
- If you subscribe on March 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month
- If you cancel on March 20th, you'll retain Pro access until April 15th
- No refund will be issued for the period between March 20th and April 15th
5. Exceptions
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare circumstances such as:
- Technical errors that prevented you from accessing Pro features
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at support@billforge.io within 7 days of the charge with details of your situation. Exceptions are granted at our sole discretion.
6. Free Tier
BillForge's free tier remains available to all users with no charges or commitments. You can always use BillForge for free to create unlimited invoices with basic features.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our trusted payment partner. BillForge does not store your payment information. For questions about billing or charges, you can contact Lemon Squeezy support or reach out to us at support@billforge.io.
8. Changes to This Policy
